Nel 1983 esce Angel Face Barbie, una delle più famose dell’Era Superstar: le bambine possono truccare Barbie e anche loro stesse con tre tonalità diverse di ombretti contenuti nella confezione. Questa Barbie prende il nome proprio dai cosmetici “ Angel Face ”, una linea di make-up della ditta Chesebrough Pond’s .

In 1983, Angel Face Barbie came out, one of the most famous of the Superstar Era: the girls can make up Barbie and also themselves with three different shades of eyeshadows contained in the package. This Barbie takes its name from the cosmetics " Angel Face ", a make-up line from the Chesebrough Pond's company.

Pond's compact Angel Face make-up first appeared in 1946: it was very successful as "face powder and foundation in one".
