In 1968 a second Hair Fair came out, a set containing a spare head for Barbie with hairstyles and hair accessories. The package has a more sinuous line , with rounded edges. Even this Hair Fair has a side look; there was a blonde and a brunette version.

Nel 1968 esce una seconda Hair Fair, ovvero un set contenente una testa di ricambio per Barbie con acconciature e accessori per capelli. La confezione ha una linea più sinuosa , con i bordi arrotondati. Anche questa Hair Fair ha lo sguardo laterale: ne esisteva una versione bionda e una castana .

In 1974 another version of the same model comes out, with the same code # 4043, but Barbie's face has eyes with irises placed at the center of the eye (see also below) This edition comes out after # 4044 of 1971- 72, which had already adopted the same type of eyes.

Nel 1974 esce un’altra versione dello stesso modello , con lo stesso codice #4043, ma il volto di Barbie ha gli occhi con le iridi poste al centro dell’occhio (vedere anche sotto). Questa edizione esce dopo la #4044 del 1971-72, che già aveva adottato lo stesso tipo di occhi.
