Il 1967 rappresenta un anno di grande cambiamento per Barbie! La “Teen-Age Fashion Model” cambia sia il corpo che il viso . Il corpo, di cui ci occupiamo in questa sezione, ha uno snodo in vita che permette il movimento rotatorio. In linea con l’intenzione di far apparire Barbie come una ragazza più giovane rispetto alla signorile figura che l’ha preceduta per otto anni, il corpo può assumere forme più plastiche e naturalmente le gambe sono snodate , come le precedenti Miss Barbie e American Girl.
1967 represents a year of great change for Barbie! The "Teen- Age Fashion Model" changes both the body and the face . The body, which we deal with in this section, has a joint at the waist that allows rotary movement. In line with the intention to make Barbie look like a younger girl than the stately figure that preceded her for eight years, the body can take on more plastic forms and of course the legs are jointed , like the previous Miss Barbie and American Girl .
The Twist 'N Turn body has bendble legs , " Palm to rear " hands with the palm back. Change the bust that has the oblique cut at the waist , to allow torsion movements.
