PINK FASHION DOLL
MyBARBIEvirtualCOLLECTION
Baggie dolls were sold in the 70s in simple transparent plastic bags instead of in boxes. It was Barbie that was the same as an existing model sold at low cost to dispose of stocks. In this case, the Baggie Barbie # 1115 is apparently the same as the Talking # 1115 of 1971, but it did not have the mechanism to make it speak, and in fact there was no cord with the pink flower to activate the sound. On the back of Barbie there was written in black "Non-talker" . The transparent bag also contained the "X" pedestal which often produced small marks on Barbie's legs.
