This face is one of the few to have been created for a single Barbie model. It looks a lot like Steffie's visa, but its function was to " kiss ": the face is a vinyl covering under which there is another head only shaped. The button on the back of Barbie operates the mechanism attached to the lips: they "shrivel" and Barbie can snap her kiss!
