Anche la scatola cambia leggermente: sul coperchio, anziché gli abiti del 1959, sono rappresentati alcuni nuovi completi prodotti fra il 1960 e il 1962 . Tra le figure, oltre alla Barbie Ponytail, compare anche per la prima volta la Barbie Bubblecut , con i suoi capelli a caschetto gonfio e corto.
